A Hair Affair Benefiting Locks of Love

Austin Fashion Week is in full force, and I couldn't be more thrilled. Monday night Phoenix Nightclub held "A Hair Affair: Benefiting Locks of Love" presented by Waterstone Aesthetics and Ana Castro produced by LegitArt. Let me start off by saying one thing, this show was FABULOUS! Not only were the models gorgeous and the clothes were stylish, but 100% of the proceeds went to CHARITY! How can you not enjoy a fashion show with a cause? This hair "affair" was one I would totally commit over and over again.

The show presented wonderful, affordable fashion and beautiful inventive hair creations with fun entertainment. The show kicked off with none other than a brave, rocker dude who decided to walk down the runway and donate, in front of everyone, his lovely 24 inch mane of hair! Also, for every $1,000.00 raised, a wig was given to a child in need.

Buffalo Exchange donated the clothing (which you will totally seeing me go buy next week) and Waterstone Aesthetics was responsible for the hair styling (which will also be my new salon). v I especially loved the Marie Antoinette era hair style with the ship. How come ships are no longer a popular hair accessory?

Congrats to all the people involved with the show. It was amazing and I give it 5 stars!
